After telling Yuu that she isn't afraid because it's him, nervous Ririka takes off her coat and hugs Yuu tight. Blushing Yuu touches her bare back with his finger. This made her scream that Yuu apologizes for startling her. While Ririka says that it is okay, she is embarrassed over that weird scream. Yuu suddenly looks away that Ririka realizes that she is topless.

She quickly tells him to close the light. Yuu did as ordered. While her embarrassment over taking her coat off sinks in, Ririka blushes when Yuu takes off his shirt, exposing his nice body. She looks away and thinks that after becoming lovers, one would always think of this day but when it is really arrived, she feels..

She is surprised when Yuu kisses her back. He bites her ear. Ririka tells him not that place. Yuu licks her ear and mutters her name. Ririka tells him not to whisper in her ear. Ririka is trembling. Ririka screams when Yuu suddenly hugs her from behind and tells her that she's becoming more nervous. Ririka thinks that is inevitable because it is her first time.

Yuu says that he's teasing her for actually, he's also very nervous because he can finally touch the person he always like. "..Actually, I always really want to take you into my arms like this and no one would see you. I'm sorry. *blush-smile* Isn't my desire to monopolize you quite strong?" This made Ririka blush for why he would use that kind of expression at this time.

She finds him cunning because for him to say that, it is impossible for her to refuse. Yuu kisses her and kisses her chest. While holding up her arms, he asks if she hates him. Ririka shakes her head. Yuu smiles and says that's great. Then, he buries his head on her chest.

Ririka is very nervous that she closed her eyes. She is puzzled that she opens her eyes again..to find Yuu sleeping. Ririka couldn't believe that he has fallen asleep. She holds him up but he isn't reacting that she thinks he couldn't be waked up. Yuu mutters that he likes her the most.

This made Ririka blush again. She remembers that Yuu has been running around until he reached the beach. "..always looking for me. *pulls his face* Geez, always cannot be depended on, during the crucial moment. – But, I can also heave a sigh of relief. In the end, I'm still a bit afraid.." She kisses Yuu's head and says, "Next time, I'll be ready. You'll also do your best[gambatte], okay?"

Ririka becomes embarrassed that he can sleep soundly on someone's chest. She put him down the bed and she puts her coat back on. She says goodnight and sleeps beside him. Blushing Yuu immediately opens his eyes. He is very nervous and thinks that it is because she's very afraid that he pretended to be sleeping. While Ririka is sleeping soundly, he laments that he won't be able to sleep tonight.

He smiles and says that next time, he'll definitely do it. At a bus station, Ririka gets an email from Yuu apologizing that he'll be late a bit. Ririka couldn't believe that he overslept for their date. She sighs along with a guy. The guy asks if she is also stood up. Ririka says no, she isn't. The guy tells her that he knows she was dumped. Ririka continues to say that she wasn't.

He offers to go to the amusement park with her since it would be a waste if the tickets aren't used. The guy is already leading Ririka away who is helpless in refusing the guy's invitation. Yuu grabs Ririka from behind and kisses her neck. He apologizes for being late. He whispers to her blushing ear if like this, she'll be in a good mood.

Yuu glares at the guy who quickly runs off. Ririka reprimands Yuu over what he is doing when there's someone there. She looks surprised for he isn't wearing his usual hoodie. Yuu tells her that his mother caught him and made him change his clothes. There is a scene of Yuu's mother reprimanding him for wearing the hoodie on a birthday date.

Yuu is surprised to see Ririka blushing and quiet. He calls out to her that she says no, don't come near. Ririka is thinking that she knew him for such a long time and this is breaking the rules. Yuu becomes depressed that he timidly asks if she's angry because he casually kissed her. He asks if he doesn't do that again, she won't be angry, right?

Ririka tells him that she isn't angry but rather, it is because he looks quite handsome that she feels a bit shy. This made Yuu blush that he says is that so. Ririka says ya. Then, she says that the bus has arrived. While riding the bus, Ririka is telling Yuu about a new building is being built there. To her surprise, Yuu kisses her.

Narration: "Just as the sky, the sea, and the city, our relationship is apparently also changes a little bit- ..but" They get off the bus and starts to walk. Ririka recalls Yuu saying that just like before, he still always likes her. Ririka is thinking that cool Yuu is not bad at all, but for him to be a coward is better since he belongs only to her. She wonders which is better, coward or cool. Yuu asks her what's troubling[/worrying] her.

Narration: "17 years old. My biggest worry--" Ririka says that next month is Yuu's birthday so what gift does he want, and he isn't allowed to say anything is okay. Yuu says there is one. He looks timid that Ririka says okay, quickly say it for once she decided on something, she'll definitely do it. Yuu becomes excited that he asks is that true.

He holds her hands and says that they should immediately go back for he left it at home. Ririka thinks that in end, it's very cute when Yuu is so happy. Narration: "It is already later on, when I realized that I've agreed to something very serious[/terrible]--" On the table of Yuu's room, there is a marriage contract with the black king and white queen chess pieces. The End.

Comment: Apparently, Shocomi is indeed toning down the smut in the series running in their magazine. It is an almost sex here and it's nice that Yuu controlled himself since Ririka isn't ready yet. In a way, it once again shows that Yuu can be quite manipulative/cunning that he pretty much controls their relationship.

It does make me wonder if when he's cute, is that acting or just part of his personality? The cute is to bait Ririka to fall harder for him. I think his cool side is to ward off potential rivals =P Maybe, he is originally a coward but trained and improved himself in order to 'catch' Ririka and make her his. Ririka is still the weakest character in this series until the end that some guy is already leading her away for some date and she is powerless to stop it even if she is protesting. ^^;

I recall she used to be a bit of a tomboy before so where did that Ririka go? Well, Yuu managed to secure a promise from Ririka..and it turns out to be marriage =P The guy is really good at this especially if the other party is a girl like Ririka. The ending is okay with lots of lovey-dovey stuff.

 Overall, the series is okay. For me, the start is so-so with another relative falling for the girl and the lead guy acts like a wimp but is secretly cool. It became more interesting when Yuu's intelligence and love for Ririka becomes more apparent when love rivals appear. Even if they are quite interesting characters, they are no match for him to keep Ririka his. =P

It makes me wonder if one of the reasons why the series isn't long is because things are no challenge for Yuu. ^^; Or, the mangaka is going to make a new series based on this series and polish things a bit from this one.
